In Vitro Differentiated Human Stem Cell-Derived Neurons Reproduce Synaptic Synchronicity Arising during Neurodevelopment

Scientists generated human iPSC-derived neurons exhibiting spontaneous oscillatory activity after cultivation of up to six months, which resembled early oscillations observed in rodent neurons.
